Because every Geezer Guy product is custom-made, personalized, and digitally delivered, all sales are considered final once work begins.

We gladly fix errors, adjust details, or help troubleshoot downloads — but refunds are limited due to the nature of custom digital creation.

This policy follows industry standards for digital goods and one-of-a-kind creative services.

2. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All digital items — including custom songs, custom lyrics, scrolling lyric videos, cover art, and any related media — cannot be returned or refunded once:

• You submit your story/idea/content

• We begin writing or production

• The AI generation process has started

• The digital files have been delivered

These items cannot be resold, reused, or “returned” in any traditional sense; therefore refunds are not offered except in rare, approved circumstances (see Section 3).

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

We may offer a refund only under one of the following conditions:

3.1 Duplicate Purchase

You accidentally bought the same product twice.

3.2 No work has begun

If you purchased a custom song but we have not begun any creative work, you may request a full refund within 24 hours.

3.3 Technical Delivery Failure

If we cannot deliver your digital files for technical reasons AND
you have attempted troubleshooting with us, AND
no usable product has been delivered,
you may qualify for a refund.

3.4 Legal Requirement

If local law requires a refund under very specific consumer-protection circumstances, we will comply.

4. What Is Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Changing your mind after creative work begins

• Not liking the style or tone of the finished product

• Personal preference differences (“I expected something different”)

• Platform decisions (YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, etc.) about AI-generated content

• Future licensing changes in the AI music industry (expected 2026+)

• Misuse, inability, or unwillingness to download or play files

• Creative disagreements after delivery

• Songs created exactly from the input you provided

We will always try to revise and help — but a refund is not guaranteed.

5. Revisions & Adjustments

To keep customers happy, we offer:

✔ One complimentary minor revision

(Word changes, pacing adjustment, small lyrical tweaks)

✔ Additional revisions

At a small fee depending on the scope of changes.

We cannot rewrite or rebuild an entire song for free once completed.

6. AI-Assisted Creation & Industry Changes

Because some products use AI-assisted music tools:

• Your text prompts may be processed by third-party AI services

• These tools may change features or policies at any time

• AI models may evolve, update, or limit capabilities

• Major licensing shifts are expected industry-wide in 2026

Therefore:

We are not responsible for:

• AI model randomness

• Voice/model changes

• Third-party platform decisions (e.g., rejection by Spotify or YouTube)

• Future licensing requirements related to AI music

• Any fees imposed by third-party platforms

Our responsibility ends when we successfully deliver your purchased digital files.

7. Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your files:

• Check your spam/junk folder

• Check your order email address

• Contact us promptly at support@thegeezerguy.com

We will resend your files at no cost.

8. Chargebacks

To protect our small business and the custom nature of our products:

• Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested

• Proof of delivery and production work will be submitted

• Continued abuse of chargebacks may result in account restrictions

We always encourage contacting us first — we resolve 99% of issues quickly.
