2. Our Services

Geezer Guy creates custom songs, lyrics, audio files, and creative media, sometimes with the assistance of advanced AI tools.

You understand that:

• Our work is custom-made based on the information you provide

• AI tools may be used for writing, audio generation, mastering, or other production steps

• AI models may behave unpredictably or produce varied results

• Future changes in the AI music industry (such as licensers, rights holders, or new restrictions) are outside our control

We deliver digital products only. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Your License to Use the Product

When you purchase a custom song or digital product, you receive:

A personal-use license

You may:

• Download it

• Play it

• Share it with friends/family

• Use it in personal videos, celebrations, events, etc.

You may NOT:

• Claim the AI voice or system as your own

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense it commercially

• Use it for advertising a commercial business (unless discussed and approved in writing)

• Present the work as professionally recorded by the actual vocalist model used

4. Customer Content & Responsibility

To create your custom song, you may submit:

• A story

• Personal details

• Names and descriptions

• Photos (optional)

• Other creative input

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own or have rights to everything you provide

• Your content does not violate any copyright or privacy laws

• Your submission does not include harmful, hateful, or illegal material

We reserve the right to reject content that is:

• Abusive

• Dangerous

• Protected by copyright

• Explicitly forbidden by AI content policies

5. AI-Assisted Creation — Important Disclaimer

Some of the creative process may use:

• AI writing tools

• AI music generation

• AI vocal synthesis

• AI mastering

Because of that:

✔ Output may vary

AI models do not always generate the same result twice.

✔ We cannot guarantee acceptance on third-party platforms

(YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, etc.)

✔ We are not responsible for industry policy changes

— including major changes expected in 2026 regarding AI-generated music rights.

✔ You are responsible for how you use the final product

(except for personal-use rights we grant you).

We provide the files; how platforms interpret AI content is outside our control.

6. Payments & Billing

All purchases must be made through our secure checkout.

You agree that:

• You will provide accurate billing information

• You will not attempt fraudulent chargebacks

• You understand refunds are limited (see Refund Policy)

We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders at our discretion.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

We work hard to deliver great custom songs, but we cannot guarantee:

• That the product will match every subjective preference

• That AI models will behave consistently

• That future platforms will continue allowing AI-assisted content

• That your files will be accepted by music distributors

All digital products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the full extent allowed by law, Geezer Guy is not liable for:

• Loss of data

• Platform rejections (Spotify, YouTube, etc.)

• AI voice/model changes

• Delays from third-party tools

• Industry-wide licensing requirements

• Misuse or inability to download files

• Any damages arising from use of AI-generated output

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Revisions & Edits

Each custom song includes one complimentary minor revision.

Additional revisions may incur a fee based on the complexity of changes.

Major rewrites are treated as a new order.

10. Delivery of Digital Goods

Digital files are delivered electronically via:

• Email

• Direct download

• Shared link

• Attached files (when appropriate)

You are responsible for:

• Saving your files

• Backing them up

• Contacting us if delivery fails

We will gladly resend lost files at no cost.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our products to:

• Defame or harass others

• Create hate-based content

• Create content aimed at political persuasion

• Break copyright law

• Mislead people into thinking the AI vocals are a real singer

• Train or retrain another AI system

Violations may result in account restrictions or order cancellation.

12. Intellectual Property

All lyrics, melodies, productions, and graphics we create remain the intellectual property of Geezer Guy unless a separate commercial license is purchased.

You receive the personal-use license outlined in Section 3.

You may display the song publicly, but you may not claim authorship beyond your personal contribution to the story.

13. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted to this page, and continued use of the site signifies acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Refund Policy for Digital Goods

Refunds may be requested any time before the final song or video files are delivered.

Once the download folder, MP3, lyric sheet, video, or any digital file has been provided, the sale becomes final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.

By downloading or accessing the delivered files, you agree to accept the completed work as-is and all rights associated with it.
