By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase a WOW Song Creation, WOW Song & Scrolling Lyrics Video, or any related product, you are purchasing:

• A custom-created musical work, produced using a combination of human creativity, digital tools, and AI-assisted generation.

• A finished MP3 and/or video file delivered digitally.

• A non-exclusive, personal-use license to use, share, and post your finished product.

You are NOT purchasing:

• Exclusive ownership of the underlying composition.

• Ownership of any AI models used in song creation.

• Rights to resell the work commercially (unless a commercial license is purchased separately).

3. AI-Assisted Content & Future Rights

Your final product may be created in part using AI tools such as Suno.

3.1: Current (2024–2025) Rights Environment

At the time of your purchase:

• You receive full personal-use rights to share the finished song and/or video however you choose.

• Your text prompt, story, or idea remains fully yours.

• You understand that the underlying model generating the audio is not owned by The Geezer Guy.

3.2: Possible Rights Changes in 2026

Suno and similar platforms may be affected by upcoming Warner Music Group licensing agreements and industry changes expected in 2026.

Therefore:

• We cannot warranty future platform decisions regarding distribution rules.

• We are not liable if Suno, YouTube, TikTok, or other platforms update their policies and choose to restrict, block, or label AI-assisted content.

• Your product remains yours to use, but future platform rules may limit how or where you share it.

You agree that The Geezer Guy is not responsible for:

• Future copyright laws that may evolve.

• Platform takedowns, copyright flags, or content-labeling rules outside our control.

4. Content You Provide

When you submit lyrics, stories, names, personal information, or ideas for your custom product:

• You confirm you own or have permission to use the material.

• You grant The Geezer Guy a non-exclusive license to use your submitted text solely for creating your product.

• You confirm that your input does not infringe on any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to refuse content that is hateful, illegal, infringing, or violates platform policies.

5. Delivery Timeline

Most products are delivered within 2–5 days, but delivery times may vary based on workload, holidays, or technical issues.

Delays due to:

• AI generation failures

• Platform outages

• Unclear customer instructions

…do not qualify for refunds but will be corrected promptly.

6. Refund Policy

Because each song is custom-created, all purchases are non-refundable once work has begun.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• No work has started.

• A duplicate order was made.

• A technical failure prevents delivery.

7. Personal Use License

You may:

• Share the song or video with friends and family

• Post it on your social media

• Use it in personal celebrations, memorials, events, or life-milestones

You may NOT, without permission:

• Sell the song

• Upload it to music distribution services (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)

• Claim full authorship of the musical composition

• Use the product for advertising or commercial promotion

Commercial licenses are available upon request.

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for platform takedowns, AI labeling requirements, or copyright changes.

• We are not liable for lost profits, emotional distress, consequential damages, or third-party claims.

• All services are provided “as-is” with no guarantee that future technologies or platforms will permit unrestricted use.

9. Privacy & Data

We only collect information necessary to complete your order.
Your stories, text prompts, and personal details are never sold or shared.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
